I am afraid that our President has already reached that point. I don't think he has been able to form a coherent sentence on his own for a long time now!
Great cartoon - really on the button! I hope this becomes a regular feature.

I see nothing in that cartoon that identifies either character in any way. Wouldn't ad-hominem imply an off topic personal attack? So what's the topic? And who are these persons?

But if you want to play the ignorance game, all you need to do is read fstanley's comment and the character in the cartoon is readily identified..

Thanks for the compliment, and the encouragement. So far Chris has only rejected 2 of my cartoons. The first, "Black cat in a dark room" - he said he just couldn't see the cat. As Einstein said, "The hardest thing of all is to find a black cat in a dark room, especially if there is no cat."
The second was one where I provided the caption and left it to the commenters to draw the picture. Too bad that one didn't work out, it was easier to draw than that cat.
@Herm71
Ha ha. Good news though, the pentagon is experimenting on detainees at one of the 'black sites', probably in Whatsitcalledistan. They're trying to find ways to leak intelligence back in so that if Cheney dies, there will be someone to take over the Presidency.
@CDub
It is supposed to be Bush. The artwork is poor, but the context was supposed to provide the clues. The doctor, by the way, is the renowned Neurosurgeon, Dr Dentist Daniel David Duck, an expert on leaked intelligence and techniques for mopping it up.
@Michale
It's Bush alright, but it's only a cartoon. The day I drew this, a thousand other cartoonists worldwide drew a thousand other cartoons about the same guy. Mine is likely the worst of the bunch, but it made my dad laugh, and that's the highest praise I could hope for.
