- Alaska Representative and former Speaker of the House Pete Kott convicted of bribery, conspiracy, extortion and sentenced to 6 years federal prison, 3 years probation and $10,000 fine.
- Alaska Representative Tom Anderson found guilty on 7 counts of bribery and conspiracy and sentenced to 5 years federal prison
- Alaska Senator and Rules Chair John Cowdery charged with conspiracy, bribery and awaiting trial
- Alaska Representative Bruce Weyhrauch charged with bribery, attempted extortion, conspiracy, mail fraud and awaiting trial
